Allan Coursol, Ph.D., L.P.
Dr. Coursol is a Licensed Psychologist. He received his Doctorate from the University of Akron. He completed an internship at Witchita Collaborative Internship program as part of his doctoral training. Dr. Coursol's areas of expertise include the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of children, adolescents, and adults. He specializes in the assessment and treatment of mood and anxiety disorders, attention deficit and behavioral disorders, and chemical dependency. Additional competencies include intellectual, cognitive, neuropsychological assessments, as well as disability, commitment, cognitive/neurological and competency evaluations.
Peggy Sue Hesse, Ph.D., L.P.
Dr. Hesse is a Licensed Psychologist. She received her Doctorate from the University of Mississippi after completing her training there, which included an internship at the University of Minnesota in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Pediatric Behavioral Medicine. Dr. Hesse's areas of expertise include diagnosis and treatment of behavioral and emotional disorders of children, adolescents, adults, and families. She specializes in the application of behavioral and cognitive-behavioral interventions with individuals and families affected by mood disorders, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, behavioral disorders, and parenting difficulties. She also has a focus on issues of particular concern to women, and with children who have medical difficulties.
Melissa Groskreutz, M.S., L.P.
Melissa Groskreutz is a Licensed Psychologist. She completed her Master of Science degree in Community Counseling at Mankato State University. Her areas of expertise include diagnosis and treatment of emotional and behavioral disorders of children, adolescents, adults and families. She has experience in parent training, child behavior management, abuse issues, relationship difficulties, annulments, post-abortion issues, adoption issues, and anger management.
Sandra Walsh, M.A., L.M.F.T.
Sandra Walsh is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. A graduate of Argosy University - Twin Cities, she earned her Masters of Art degree in Marriage and Family Therapy along with completing coursework in child and adolescent counseling, multicultural counseling, and clinical diagnosis and assessment. She has additional training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Her areas of interest and expertise include working with children and adolescents with emotional and behavioral disorders, families in various life stages, individuals with developmental challenges, and parent education. She has experience completing psycho-sexual assessments, treating adolescent sexual behavior issues, and providing Marchak parent/child assessments.
Lisa Weir , M.A., L.M.F.T.
Lisa Weir is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. A graduate of St. Mary's University, she earned her Masters of Art degree in Marriage and Family Therapy along with completing coursework in multicultural counseling, GLBT counseling, and issues faced by military personnel and their families. She has experience using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) with adults diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder. In addition, she has extensive experince in presenting and facilitating group discussions on mental health issues in our community.
Lisa Bard is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. She received her Master of Arts degree in Counseling and Human Development from the University of Iowa. She did her internship and worked collaboratively with psychiatrists and nurse practitioners at an outpatient mental health clinic in Iowa for over 20 years. Her areas of interest and expertise include diagnosis and treatment of emotional and behavioral disorders including mood disorders, anxiety, grief, relationships, and eating disorders, adults, families, and youth. She has a special interest in treating individuals and families who are coping with bi- polar disorder and young adults with emerging diagnosis. She is a lifelong learner and has evidence based training in treating trauma and borderline personality disorder. She uses cognitive behavioral, developmental, psycho dynamic, systems theory and problem solving strategies to assist clients in meeting their treatment needs.
